About Department of Physical Education (Teaching)

The Department of Physical Education was established from the date (1979) at the Faculty of Education at the University of Tripoli-based on the development in the sciences of physical education and sports and on the thirtieth anniversary of the founding of the college, in keeping with the requirements of the times and within the framework of the new structure of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, which corresponds to the advanced vision of its scientific departments, as this was publicized The department in the year 2008-2009 under the name (Physical Education “Teaching”), which is considered one of the departments of this college and its backbone. Department of Curricula and Teaching Methods, part of the Department of Theoretical Sciences, part of the Department of Games, part of the Department of Field and Track, part of the Department of Water Sports and Self-Defense, and part of the Department of Exercise and Gymnastics) to become independent like the rest of the scientific departments developed.
